Valeo has confirmed the acquisition of 20% stake in Ichikoh Industries Ltd, shares already held by Nissan Motor Co Ltd, confirming the rumors that had been created in recent days. The economic terms of the agreement have not yet been disclosed, will probably be published by luglio within the first days of the conclusion of the agreement.
